Route 953 City to St Albans/Melton/Sunbury:
Departs from terminus at City Square in Swanston Walk and runs via Collins Street, Market Street, Flinders Lane, King Street, Collins Street, Spencer Street, in front of the Crown Casino in the tram stop, then makes a u-turn in Normanby Road, and travels via Spencer Street, Dryburgh Street, Arden Street, Fogarty Street, Macaulay Road, Stubbs Street, Racecourse Road, Smithfield Road, Ballarat Road, Moore Street, Hopkins Street, Leeds Street, Paisley Street, Victoria Street, Barkly Street, Gordon Street, Ballarat Road, Hampshire Road, Station Place, Overpass, City Place, Sun Crescent, Anderson Road, Glengala Road, Fitzgerald Road, Tilburn Road, Station Road, Main Road West and Alfrieda Street, to the terminus in Alfrieda Street St Albans.
Sunbury Extension: from St Albans via Main Road East, Sunshine Avenue, Calder Freeway to Diggers Rest and Vineyard Road to Sunbury Railway Station.
Melton Connection: from Deer Park via Western Freeway to Rockbank, Melton Highway, Federation Drive, Centenary Avenue Melton West, Coburns Road to Melton South, Staughton Street, Station Road to Western Freeway returning to Deer Park.
Route 953 St Albans/Melton/Sunbury to City:
Departs from terminus in Alfrieda Street, St Albans and runs the reverse of the above route to Flinders Street to the terminus at the City Square in Swanston Walk.
